Hey guys.

Recently when i bought my new PC i got a new Samsung 23" S23A700D 120hz 3D monitor and it is a very nice monitor! but ive got a problem with getting it to 120hz. i went out and bought a dual link DVI cable because i heard that that supports 120hz. but im still having trouble getting it to to go in 120hz, there just isnt an option in there
ive installed the drivers for the monitor, so i dont see what could be going wrong. so maybe someone else with a samsung 120hz monitor could help

Thanks!

You must first overclock the monitor to 120hz and turn the 3d on in the BIOS

if you have a nvidia card go into driver->change resolution-> select 1920x1080 (native) and make sure it's on 120hz

all I had to do, and change from 60hz to 120 on all your games

also it comes with its own dual link dvi?

Try the other DVI port on your graphics card, not all graphics card support two dual link DVI connectors. The DVI cable that comes with the monitor is dual link, don't know why you would go out and buy a new one.
