So i got my new astros today SO PUMPED! but i was looking on you tube how to set them up and it didnt have the 3mm cable or whatever that you connect to the controller to the mix amp. so i was wondering if the turtle beach x11 cable would work?

are you talking about the talk back cable, yeah ive been using a turtle beach one for a while now.

im not sure but it goes into the controller and then into the mixamp, its the one with the bendy end..

Yes that's the talkback cable. I'd be complaining if they didn't send you it as well.

and now my Xbox doesnt even have a optical cable spot. FFS regretting buying these astros if i buy this will they finally work

Do you have a monitor. if so buy a XBOX360 VGA cable from EB games. aprox $30 and it just plugs into the back of your xbox and monitor NO worries. and the on end that goes into the xbox. it has a lil optical input there.

If you have TV, im not sure if tvs have the blue VGA input. so you wont be able to use optical, but u can still use the red and white cable which are still decent but not as good..

And this will definetly work, this is what ACL uses all the time on the mainstage, so people dont have to take there cables off and on. so yeah if you have a monitor buy a xbox360 VGA cable from EB game.
but if you have a tv buy that thing what you posted before.
