Its either ur talk balk cable or there is a switch where u mute the mike on and off. On the side of the Mute button there is a little switch and its makes it really hard to hear the person

Yeah man It is not that, im assuming after feedback I chest need to spend like $15.00 on a talkback cable from their website. no biggy. Thanks for the help anyway guys.
