To apply, an applicant requires the following items and qualities to be considered:
A suitable gaming PC.
A good quality microphone.
A broadband connection with at least 256 kbps upload speed.
Excellent vocabulary and speaking skills
Must be mature, and willing to not participate in flame wars or negative threads whilst representing Gamestah.
Willing to be active in Gamestah and the gaming scene in general, and release at least one cast a fortnight.
Must be in good standing with the games community.

An applicant with the following items and qualities will definitely benefit your application:
Two computers available for use (one for casting duties, the other for watching the game).
Previous experience with commentating, public speaking, DJing or radio or TV hosting.
A broadband connection with at least 1 mbps upload speed.
Sound monitoring, editing and manipulation experience. (for example, being able to touch up volumes before broadcast)

Id like to shoutcast games such as Black Ops & Quake Live, my main two games.
