i thought that was something to do with whats installed in your computer in the form of hardware....not software but i am probably wrong.

um this thingy Mod linked me might work although ive all ready installed something like this. i have all the requirements. i7, usb 3.0 port, Win7 64 bit and 4gb RAM

Can you stop saving it doesnt have the driver in that download pack when clearly it does. If its not working contact BM yourself. Did you check your motherboard can even run shuttle.

I saw on a youtube guide that there is an actual software which your suppose to install in order for Win 7 to recognize it

Simple steps. Install software / drivers from BM website. Restart Comp.

Install BM to USB 3.0

Turn on xbox, change setting to 720p, save and turn off xbox.

Open Media express, select edit , then pref, select 720p 59.94 setting.

Turn on xbox, bingo. Should load in media express.

If it does your doing something wrong, and should contact BM support via an email or call them.

If your talking about the NEC electronics usb 3.0 host controller driver?

Because if your are your a ****** who doesnt even follow the instructions that came in the box. If your not then I still think your slightly ******ed.
