Ok today i came home from school and put my x1s on and i can barely hear chat volume and i have put it full ball. I have tried to use another headset my bros pair and the same thing happens and he has x11s wtf i know right.

no stupid answers someone please tell me a way i could fix it if i can fix it cheers

Check the xbox settings.
Go to dashboard.
System Settings....then i forget but something to do with audio and make sure the sound is coming out of the headset or whatever. I know what i am talking about but it is hard to explain.
Just mess around with the xbox audio settings on the dashboard itself

nah it didnt work!! grr im pissed off
