Crawley replaced Matt Tubbs with a decent premier league quality striker. Pleased.
Arsenal failed to purchase an extra defender and/or goalkeeper and were silly to loan out mannone.
Don't see Tevez moving, or Adebayor joining Spurs permanently

I'll round up the only deals worth mentioning

QPR sign Cisse and Zamora
Fulham sign Pogrebnyak (sell Zamora)
Spurs sign Saha (Loan Bassong to Wolves and Pienaar back to Everton / Sell Pav)
Swansea sign Obeng
Bolton sign Sordell from Watford and Miyaichi on loan
City sign Pizarro on loan
United sign Veseli from City (sell Ravel Morrison to wham and loan Norwood to Coventry)
Wolves sign Bassong on loan
Everton sign Jelavic and Pienaar (sell Saha)
Blackburn sign Orr from QPR (sell Andrews)
WBA sign Keith Andrews (loan Jara and Mattock to BRIGHTON - huge deal lol)

Ryan Nelsen was released by Blackburn, so that will continue to be a saga over the next few days.. Spurs were in talks with him but no deal has happened yet, but many other clubs will be interested in him.
