keep this short.. headset isnt working with win7 for vent/ anything(mic works) just no sound..... works if i plug into my pc but then i get static and mic sounds like im in a puddle of baby vomit .... installed new g110 drivers for win7 but they failed saying something about the framework .... any ideas on how to overcome this issue..

Try getting all of the windows updates and then install things that require frame work.

everything was successfully updated and repaired before i started using everything

Is it USB or mini jack?

this may not be a problem fixing comment from me, but this line caught me unaware and made me chuckle (:

keyboard is g110 logi and is mini jacks not usb headset is steelseries v2

did u just say ur keyboard was mini jack?

Maybe he thought he meant PS/2 port, but the G110 is a USB Keyboard lol.

Legit version of Windows7? I remember when I put a copied one on my laptop and it ****ed up my mic in vent. Went back to XP and it was fixed.
