All i can really CnC is the nose isn't equal at both sides and i also dislike the colouring

Good job , in my opinion i think it could use somthing above his eyes , somthing is missing.

its good, but it looks like mixz logo for misery, like the eyes and all.

similar to a logo I've seen, but eyes don't need bevel and emboss, and teeth and eyes don't sit evenly on anything, try using pathfinder tool to fix that, because its really noticable, and as honneyz just said, looks like mixz logo, the 'jaw' needs fixing doesn't look like one, make background darker, so actual logo and text stand out more, make the eyes and text the same colour, don't want to have too many colours clashing in logos
