apparently fitness is a large contribute to mental stamina, staying focused longer in game, ive noticed since ive started playing sport i get less fatigued at LAN, i used to 'turn shit' after groups stages.

also there are flash games like http://aim400kg.ru/en/ that you can do if you're trying to avoid 'just being in CSS for the sake of it'

also you can read some guides like http://www.sirlin.net/ptw i believe are fairly accurate, i also took note of some advice he has for people who are 'considered good by others'

im left handed but i use the mouse with my right, so ive done some 'trying to become ambidextrous' that's a work in progress.

you can read some military books as well that might help you understand tactical strategy and consider implementing in to your css as defenders or attackers, i haven't found a book thats been specifically useful but Art of War actually has a lot of stuff that makes me think of CS.

Mental strength and agility will help. Also go to the gym if you don't too

When I practice in Brood War, I use a rhythm game called "Osu!" to help with mouse precision.

Sleep sleep sleep sleep and more sleep. Less then 8 hours a night doesn't help.

Take breaks. Do some stretches. Eat something before you play, so you don't feel energy depleted

P.S. the bans and buried topics came up quick

You need on average between 7 and 9 hours of sleep.

Depends on your lifestyle though as some people's body need more or less to sustain them for what they do. Personally I sleep for an average of 11-15 hours and I feel like dog shit when I wake up and it takes me about an hour after I wake up before I'm actually, awake.

Also, OP, exercise and vitamin D is all you need. Other then that it's just all about knowing the game.
