suppppp, contemplating buying a mouse of ebay, ive read all the reviews an shiz, just wondering if any of you guys have a logitech G9 an can give me advice on whether its worth forking out $100 bucks for??? will either buy that or a G7 but the G9 is only $30 more sooo

Ive had a g9 and i hated it its shaped really weird and its kinda small.

The g7s pretty much a g5 but wireless so if you can track a g5 down get that.

Dont go near a G5. Its laser is horrid, it cant handle even medium sensitivity, as the tracking is incredibly bad. If you swipe/flick, half the time, your cursor will only go about halfway, and maybe up in the sky, or down at the ground.

Although, some people manage to use G5 with low sensitivity, but only in cod really, where you dont have to 180 really fast from flashes etc.

If you like the G5/G7 Shape, get an MX 518, one of the best mice of all time, Optical, no skipping even at quite low sensitivity.

The G9x has the best laster engine of all time, can do up to 6.5m/s with no skipping @ 1000hz.
SteelSeries is bringing out the Xai soon (kenji should have a review fairly soon). That uses the same engine, but with a shape that is closer to MS WMO.

I still beleive that the MS IME 3.0, IMO 1.1a, MX 300 and MX 500 are the best mice ever, but they arent for everyone.
