Seen alot of threads about people getting disconnects and shit
And i always try to help, but now im the victim?

Every afternoon 1pm-7pm, CONSTANT disconnects, every 5 seconds,
I need insurange on my pc before i start smashing shit.

Does anyone else have problems with BIGPOND in particular at the moment?

You could try turning Interleaving on/off but it could kill your net permanently (until a technician manually changes it back)

Log on to their site ( http://go.bigpond.com/home/index.jsp ), got to service status, chose the Line you're on (ADSL, Cable, etc.) and check to see if there's problems / maintenance in your area.

I had the same prblem but its fixed now

If you have 1 or more phones put filters on them.

and also ring them and ask if they can put a stabalizer on your connection (it dosent cost anything) and it stops it from dropping out.

It Worked for me.
