Hi guys,
I am relatively new to League of Legends as was wondering a there was a team or someone who has some knowledge and experience that they could pass on. I have currently been playing for almost a week after playing Heroes of Newerth for almost a year, so I am not new to the style of game play and I know the basics.
I'm mainly looking to learn more about the team and competitive side of the game as the competitive scene for HoN is pretty much dead, at least here in Australia.

I'm 20 years old, very active, and really keen to learn. I am good at listening and taking advice on board. I like to think I am a fast learner but sometimes it takes me a while to get some aspects. No competitive experience in LoL but I have played other games competitively, nothing really relevant though.

Wait until you're level 30 with a full rune page for the role you're looking to play, bol

^ this. Sadly LoL has a level grind you gotta get through (Which is completely stupid in some ways, but also makes the game fun).

Yeah it took me about 300-350 hours before I was level 30

Grab some xp boosts and you will get to lvl 30 in no time.

Get runes at lvl 30
get heroes you like.
And watch streams of pro players of which role your like^^ (after you start to know the roles)

It took me 8 months to hit 30 cause I was so busy playing other stuff LOL.

you cant teach or get good at LoL within 1hour or 1 day or 1 week, it takes months

and dont play tryndamere or master yi
