Who else thinks that teams that post LFM dont really give people a try, They only really give people that are well known a go. im not just saying this about me plenty of people ive talked to agree and feel the same.

I also totally agree with this statement.

In some ways that is true, Teams only want known people so they no that they are good. When i posted a LFM thread a new guy Zmizz asked for a trial so i gave him one never heard of him before and turns out he is really good. back when i first started playin nobody gave me a shot. so yer i agree with you, theres a lot of good players out there that nobody takes notice of.

Let me explain: It is 100% up to the teams doing the trialing with whom to pickup. Most teams that are playing at the top of there field, require players of the same standard. It sucks but thats life. A company is going to pick someone for a job that has had training over someone that hasn't.
