Hey i am going on a holiday for 2 weeks as of 12th of feb and i was wondering if there was anything i could do so my team doesnt get challenged without being kicked off the ladder?

Unfortunately there isn't much you can do. Although the Halo ladders aren't that active, if you are challenged, accept for the latest possible date to minimize the number of times you can be challenged.
