Maybe like every once a month, Have a round robin tournament out of like 20 team's who play each other until the final's sort of thing? I dont know if its worth thinking about

It might work if you did it less than once a month.

But why because gametech, cg making competitions and ODC's which will keep all clans pretty busy and i don't think they would want to fit that into there busy roster.

To run a One Day Comp - Round Robin Takes Time and Preparation weeks n weeks.
Due to factors like, Making Sure their are enough admins online to take time out of their own schedule and being able to run the entire event for its duration, Team signup can take weeks in itself, Co-Coordinating such events isn't as easy as, lets start doing ODC Round Robins Monthly unfortunately.

ONLY we have enough people behind it.

I mean like for instant how the AFL has the NAB cup for pre season, Why not have a Round robin for each league before the actual season start's

We had a nationals and an ODC before the season started. Running a round robin in the middle of a season isn't viable (other than the fact the season is in fact a round robin competition).

A preseason cup would be a cool idea, although its format is essentially a replica of a regular season.
