Grabed the game yesterday new to the ladder, finding it hard to learn how to play the game with bads like dOa._simulcrum_ following me from server to server kicking me for " wallhacks"

Nobody is hacking sk YOU JUST SUCK.

How would a comunity expect to get more ppl involved with people like that fgt around.

Anyway seems like a good game just hope other ppl are nicer.

As my highly skilled friends, such as Z4K4TT4CK, begin to give this game a go I urge all players in the community to be aware that these players might be a lot better than you at computer games.

Z4K4TT4CK is only young but I have seen his rise through a number of games. I see promise in this kid so please do not bar his way to achieving glory.

because its such a small community compared to other games, everyone knows everyone. so if youre not known as a good player, then people are straight away going to be suspicious of you, especially if you cant move as the 'pros' do.
this, coupled with the fact that hacks for the game are extremely easy to obtain, means that a lot of the community is fairly paranoid about who is cheating and who isnt.
this is the same situation my IRL fried jakeGEE had when he started the game about a month ago. my advice is to just keep playing and work on learning to move better in the game. people will eventually come to know you better and see that youre just someone who knows what hes doing.

The only difference in UT movement to ET/rtcw movement/Q3 movement is wall jumps and powerslides. The aim is basically the same, therefore players like z4k4tt4ck and chev who have played et/rtcw/q3 for years find this game easy to pick up quickly.
