CyberGamer S3 Invite is now LIVE!

I have entered the 16 teams competing into their week 1 match on mp_toujane. The full schedule can be found here. Officially first matches will be next week, you can offer times as early as this Sunday (the 15th).

The divisions were sorted into the following:



A full list of the standings can be found here. For the sake of argument, the standings (of the top 8 ) were decided upon by the opinions of 10 CGi players, all from different teams, and then split into two different divisions.

The maps played will be:


As shown, mp_breakout won the poll and will be the week 2 map. You can vote for week 4's map on the right hand side of the page, the only options are custom maps. Week 7's map will be decided by community vote closer to the game date.

The finals format will a Single Elimination (best of 3 maps), the top 4 teams of each division will play off against each other. The team ranked 1st in division 1 will play the team ranked 4th in division 2, and 2nd vs 3rd, and so on. The finalists will choose a map each from those played throughout the season, the decider map will be decided upon by each team eliminating a map at a time from the list (minus the maps already chosen).

Teams are free to add players at any time throughout the season, normal ladder rules apply for eligible players though. Roster lock will be 2 weeks before finals, around week 5, I will remind everyone closer to the lock date.
