is this a good pc build for a small price. this is my first build and want to know what people think
CPU- intel core i7-2600k 3,4 GHz= $309
i5 will suffice for gaming, save a hundred bucks
CPU COOLER- THERMALTAKE CONTAC29 CPU FAN= $39
don't need to overclock anyway
MOBO- Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-DH2-B3 DDR3 INTEL 1155PIN= $126
doesn't seem to be chosen for a reason other than price, suggest full atx for room
RAM- G.skill ripjaws 2133 DDR3 8G (4GX2)= $75
2133 is overkill, save 50% and get 1600mhz ares
SSD-patriot 64g= $75
shit drives - don't bother
HDD- WD 3,5 SATA3 1TB= $95
fine
GPU- Nvidia GeForce 560 1G X2= $350
dead end upgrade, waste of money, either get a gtx 570 or wait for the nvidia 6 series at the end of the month
CASE-Coolermaster RC-912A-KWN1 HAF912 ADVANCED NO PSU= $105
shit case, but if you don't mind looking at it I guess that's okay, though I did lol slightly at the product page on pccg
PSU-antec HCG- 900W HIGH CURRENT GAMER PSU= $155
overkill, shit psus anyway
essentials
MOUSE- RAZER NAGA MMO MOUSE= $94
worst mouse you could choose - innumerable problems and over priced junk
KEYBOARD- thermaltake Tte sports challerger gamer keyboard= $75
crap. most of the cost goes into LEDs. buy a mechanical or stick to a microsoft x4
SPEAKERS- Logitech Z323 SPEAKERS 2.1= $62
shit speakers - don't bother
HEADPHONES- Plantronics 777 gamecom 7.1= $68
crap sound, flimsy, overpriced
MONITER- ACER 23 INCH V233HL 5ms LED BACKLIT LCD MONITER= $136
acer monitors are grey piles of shit, go 120hz you have the money
MOUSE PAD- RAZER SCARAB EXPERT HARD GAMING MOUSE PAD= $39
crap small mouse pad, steelseries 9HD is a better go if you want a hard pad
TOTAL---- $1822 ALL TOGETHER
