Alright, so basically I've decided that I want to start playing BF3 competitively. I've played BFBC2 quite a lot but not competitively because the ladders locked. I'm basically just looking for a team that plays 4v4/8v8/10v10 on the BF3 ladder. I'm quite new to the game but I have plenty of game senses to not do anything stupid. I'm not familiar with the type of game play that's needed to win competitive matches so I'm going to need some help and people showing me and helping me (I am watching invite league videos to help me out). I can take constructive criticism and shouting if I'm doing something wrong.
-tl;tr I need a team to help me learn.

I'm currently 15, no preb voice and not a spastic.
I live in Perth,WA so its 8+ or 9+ Idk now since daylight savings
