Hey, I'm currently on the Pro plan (40gbs) and loving it really, but since my family during these UNI hols are using way more and we are going over 40 early as is anyone hear on Big Time and can you tell me what your pings are like to aus servers for L4D (or anything really) during peak hours (7pm - 2am)?

yea im on that, i get about 50-60 ping on aus servers for cod4 or cod2 not sure about l4d tho

ur l4d ping should be comparible so long as it is running smoothly on ur pc... which i assume it is, there may bea small ping increase, ie 70 - 80 over 50 - 60 for steam but not 100% sure if it will affect it that much, it shouldnt, but can and does... unless the abovementioned 50 - 60 avg is through steam anyway in which case again should be comparible

x-net 2g for telecom

i use to be on telstra and changed to xnet cause the stuffed up the routing to aussie servers and i was getting 200 ping. Xnet is good for ping but download speed is horrible compared to telstra. On telstra i use to download at 300kbs - 900kbs and on xnet goes at 20kbs - 80kbs to about 200ish. Even loads slow on youtube pages but xnet is cheap and u need a download accelerator to get fast speeds 200+

i get 600kbs+ speed with Downthemall! a Download acc program that works with Firefox

check google for it!

I get like 300-550kbs with no accelerator lol.
