just got back form watching it. in my books its topped 300.... Transformers.... Ironman, these have been my recent top movies! i recommend you all see this!

They aren't just remaking those shit kids movies.

The only similarity is characters, and they're already set by Batman history.

I do believe Nolan said that he feels that penguin wouldnt work.

I hope they dont do another one. The only decent villan was the Joker, the rest we're all embarrassing. In fact, the only other villain that i would have liked to see was two-face. The new Batman movies have taken an angle that doesnt allow for unbelievable or mediocre villains to just wreak havoc on people. They have to have a real edge about them, the Joker being a psychopath for example. The penguin would kill that, a big frozen dude who guns people down with jets of ice is also out of the picture.

Apart from the Joker and Two-Face, i dont see how any of the other villains can be given a realistic angle without being corny.

They are definitely doing a third hollywood. As said before the only realistic villains I can see are bane, riddler and catwoman

Should watch the Gotham Knight, which is like the animatrix for the Dark Knight. Personally id rather see some new villains.

hollywood are you basing that upon the old films or upon the comic book styling? because the villains in the comics (depending on which stream/ line you look at) are MUCH better than anything done in most of the batman movies

riddler, bane, poison ivy, ra's al guls daughter/ the other members of the league of assassins would all make good main villains.

interesting link there pug, i dont really see why hed be so hard to put into the current nolan bat world, but i guess a big problem would be that the major crime familes have been smacked around big time(and the are a big link to the penguin), so would be hard to line him up with them. i wonder if the next time wee see the joker if hell have harley qynn tagging along ;o

Well, whatever. They can do wahtever they like, just as long as they bring back the real bat mobile (a Ponitac GTO with a bit of bodykit and a dodgy rocket-fire gun thing for an exhaust).
