In the server browser click on it. Down the bottom there should be a few options one of which will be "Add to favorites"

Yepp,
Add to favs, connect directly, see history, same as ingame but u can just punch in a server and hit connect.this can be done by IP and port or UNC.

There is also a tool or two on the internet.
