Hey guys
I was just wondering does anyone else think team deathmatch is a piece of shi t gametype and is so bad for clan matches because it is all about who can camp the hardest,i have never really liked it.all you do is sit at spawn with your silencer looking at a door way.atleast with other gametypes like domination you need teamwork and skill and actually have to get out of your spawn and capture or arm something.

really wish team deathmatch was not a ladder honestly

Making cg scene bigger and for more audiences i suppose. A lot of people like it though and there will be CTF and domo and all those ladders anyway so i dont see the problem?

Agreed! But TDM has always been this way! A team will camp in a building or particular part of the map and hold it for as long as possible! Thats just the way competitive tdm is played.

I think the problem is why do we have to wait for a CTF and DOM ladder when they have a TDM and S&D one already up,i know most players on cybergamer prefer S&D but TDM is shit surley it couldnt have been that hartd to set up a CTF ladder when the other two where made.

A lot of people like TDM this time around.

Other ladders will come when real season starts for everything. Im guessing SnD and TDM are the gametypes the admins were unsure about the rules and need to test them. They most likely have the other ladders rules already.

SD players and TDM players both have similar views against each other.

Most TDM players will say "Ah yeah, SD is just camping"
Most SD players will just say "Ah yeah, TDM is just camping"

It's pretty much there to keep both sides happy. It appeals to those who prefer constant respawn games and senseless killing over tactical gametypes. If you do not like the ladder then don't play on it. It has shown enough popularity to become a ladder and has proved itself in the CoDWW ladders. MW2 TDM is much better this time around so hopefully the ladder will be a bit more successful than WW.

how do you camp in SD? sd you leave your spawn and go somewhere and have to plant a bomb or defuse it so you cant really just camp

every gametype has an element of camping, whether its defending a room a bombsite or a flag. people are going to camp. so get used to it and quit whining
