I don't go by bars so i dont' really mind. I get 4 bar with some people and it's really bad. As long as it's consistent and feels right i don't mind.

If you are desperate, I can host, I am a good host and I usually host most of my match's. I will give every one 4-3 green bars, but like you said it's very consistent there won't be any drop outs.
