Its great to see this interest in a tournament in a older version on the game. I see you are interested in 2.3. But may i suggest a move to 2.5. 2.5 still has most of the same features that you love about 2.3, 2.5 also still has a small community running ( draat.net ) and still 15-20 servers up. I can also say that it runs matches very well with very few bugs. And if any troubles occur there are people to help out with the server(s).

I myself still play 2.5 and am apart of a 2.5 clan (IHF). We have a few aussie/NZ members are should be keen to sign up. Its the best version and still supports mac and Linux users.

Sorry orten but you missed the boat on this one.
There was only a few teams interested in AA classic and when it came time to trial things it was a struggle for even those people to get a game.

I used to play 2.5. Really people still play it because mac has no other version. Pretty gay... Was a good game. Wonder if it still has that aussie server. :o

I have every Windowns version - I can have a 2.5 server running tomorrow. People just need to make up there minds on the version..

2.3 is a lil buggy but everything for the comp is completed..

Myself I prefer 2.6

2.5 I think is basically the same.. I cant remember the changes, just maps and a couple exploits I think.

Like GoCat point out, any version can be setup pretty easy.

It's not enough people playing AA for a comp that's the problem.
