Alright guys its time once again for the CyberGamer Soldier of Fortune 2 grand final series to commence. First of all I would like to thank the teams for a wonderful season and the admins and the players and of coarse CyberGamer and its members for providing this support for the old game.

Big congratulations to Trepidation and Dire Maul for making it this far and we are set to have one of the best grand finals we have had for a long time.

I have decided to test the skills of the final two teams to make a custom map series for them and I have sourced out some good enjoyable and competitive maps.

The following maps are:
Match #1
mp_dust - Counter Strike ported map over to SOF2, Textures are fantastic looking but it still is enjoyable to play and is set to have that competitiveness like CS:S does.

Main rule for this map : No-one is allowed onto the walls as it is possible generally with 333. This is a glitch in the map and if a player is found doing so in the match they will automatically give the opposition +2 points.

Match #2
mp_hk8
mp_hk8 - Looks fantastic and enjoyable to play, has the same textures as hk2 and hk1 which most people are familiar with looks interesting with some long shots and aim to come into play as well as some small rooms to camp it up in and defend.

Match #3 (If required)
mp_italyv2 - This map is another Counter Strike ported map with a few tweaks from its orginal, its a enjoyable map and can be very defensive and offense depending on how the team play it.

Main Rule for this map : No-One is allowed onto the roofs if it is possible and this is found to be unfair game play and will give your opposition +2 points if found doing so.

Practice Servers!
I have set the current competition servers up with the custom maps and a individual password for each server for each of the two clans to practice on. Also the main captains of the team will be given admin to the server. The practice servers will be set to comp servers again 30 minutes before the war is about to commence.

Was thinking is in the event of a draw we will play a quick first to 5 with swap over after 4 rounds? Sound ok.

Challenger is on Blue so since trep defeated dm previously for the finals spot they will start on red first throughout all maps.

When do finals start?? My comp blew up so in shop may have to buy a new one lol.
