Hey Lads and Lasses,

As you are aware, the ladder will be locked once Thursday is upon us. This will mean two things:

1: Any teams currently in a challenge will have to play that challenge out, including matches still in the accepting stage.

2: This will mean teams have the chance to make challenges in that half hour period between 11:30pm (when the ladder updates) and Midnight (when the ladder is locked).

For teams not making the finals, the ladder will continue, and Season 4 will be underway. A few rule addition/modifications are just going through the last gears at the moment, and we will announce them once the new season is upon us.

The admins have decided that the first round map will be Blood Harvest. For the second round, and grand final, teams will both eliminate a map, after the admins have eliminated a map, leaving one map to be played. The map the admins choose to knock out will be determined during that round.

We wish teams best of luck with their final challenges and attempts at getting into the top 8. If you have any questions, just ask here, catch one of the admins on steam, or throw us a pm.

Will there be cgi next season for the top 10 clans ???

I hope not.. i think it is perfect the way it is.. i mean the top teams get to play games more often and the lower teams have something to work towards instead of getting to top 3 and having no real challenge because all the higher tier teams are in a different ladder.

Additionally there is no need to split the community more.. CGI only made certain teams think they were better then CGO even tho they would not have done as well and have not done as well in CGO.

If there was a CGI teamogl would probably refuse to play in it just due to the fact you don't get to play as many games.. no fun :3

Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately), the world does not revolve around OGL so rest assured your personal preferences played no part in the map selection. The money that changed hands on the other hand...

Also, can we use Frustians with medkits and T2 turned on so its still CEVO but we get the fpause feature as well as the tank tov protection?

Wicked idea Jas. Will chat to Zeebob on Monday when he gets back from Sydney (hoping you love this 40 degree freaking weather) and try and get it organized.

As for CGi, that is a clear not happening in the Cevo ladder.
