Game is fairly good/fun

Few bugs, however is beta

Vehicles are annoying, but relatively easy to kill

Assault and Medic are easiest classes to use.

Overall, game is good and would be even better IF

IT WAS WASNT SO DAMN LAGGGGGYYYYYY

The question is judging by beta do you feel this game has the oppurtunity to be competitive WITHOUT the use of mods/add ons or is it too early to decide??

I reckon it could be competitive actually, I managed to get 2 mins without lag, was playing with a squad. Worked pretty well, destruction was useful for getting enemies out of cover 8|

pretty fun when it doesn't lag, so once that is fixed it should be pretty good

What are the server tools like; weren't there rumours on the ability of server admins to select what unlocks/perks are used?

Will easily be competitive. On Rush or CQ, dunno. Rush seems a bit wierd. CQ just seems better for BF.

Sounds promising can't wait till I'm off work to try it out( yes posting off iPhone very sad...) also when it doesn't lag how is the rego?? And is the lag caused by the mass ammoint of people playing or just the high demand of graphics??

@Narkdawg, without lag rego for ME seems pretty much like cod. Where you aim is where you hit.

Well.. you do have to lead, and bullets drop, so if they're heaps far away you need to aim above them.

but yeah, rego is good.!

Considering the first FPS I ever played online was cod4, you can imagine my shock when I shot at someone with scope and I saw the ground about 2 m below them had a bullet mark. I was thinking "wut" Then I remembered it's bf (played it once or twice at a lan cafe) so then I droped scope picked up assault and even with 100000 ping managed to get some ridiculous score as everyone else was awful.

Vehicles are hilarious, the tanks seem to only be kill-able with C4 / whatever else explode-able is hanging around didnt have much luck with nades/ nade launchers (but didnt really try it out).

pretty solid game, liking it tbh even for someone whose new to the very different bf feel compared to cod .
