Lycan is mature for his age. Like most people he doesn't take criticism / e-bulling well, but like anyone his age he's still growing up.
Being a bit younger has the advantage of having more free time.
Like he's stated he's a bit shy, but once he knows you he'll open up more.
Generally he has very good aim. He'd probably suit a team that practices a lot and can invest into developing his war strategies.
Overall, I would recommend Lycan and wish him all the best for him and his new clan.
