The COD4 Pro league will cost $40 per player. Entry fees are pooled and are returned 100% to the players as prizes. 1st place will receive $800, 2nd place $320 and 3rd place $160.The pro league will be limited to 8 teams. The season will consist of 7 weeks (so you play each team once) plus 2 weeks of finals.

If you wish to enter or join a team you must contact and pay your local game centre. They must enter a team on your behalf.

Hard to give a straight answer to. Professional leagues work a little bit differently than most leagues. I don't consider teams to have signed up until they have paid the entry fee. At the moment 13 teams have "registered" but 5 teams have paid. That leaves 3 available spots from 8 interested teams. Someone is going to miss out I'm afraid.
