What a match! *AUS* started the match attacking. We didn't get too held up at any M-Com site however this doesn't mean we smashed through them. To SFR's credit they put up a great defense at all the sites. *AUS*'s time was 11mins and 51secs. We were pretty happy with this and thought we could hold off SFR for that long.

On defense we got steam rolled at the first two M-Com sites, SFR did a great job in getting infantry to the M-Com sites to plant C4 on them and BOOM down they went quicker than we wanted! To the guys credit tho we managed to stem the flow of their attack at the third M-Com site down at the harbour. I think from memory they got around the back near B where they took that down fairly quickly. However A was a different story. Man I wish there were BR's off these matches because the next 3-4mins was intense for me!! I think I killed about 3-4 SFR dudes who HAD put C4 down on the M-Com and were about a millisecond away from pushing the trigger before copping some sweet shotgun shells from me to the head! Mind you during all this time the M-Com only had about 15% health, man it was intense!

When SFR eventually got it down they pushed infantry hard up the hill to blow both the M-Com's right under our nose.

After the round ended we knew it would be VERY close. Talnoy kept the suspense building once the server reset with plenty of in game chat from both teams with "gg's, great game, its close, don't know who won... TELL US TALNOY"!...

Talnoy eventually told everyone that SFR blew up the last M-Com in a time of:

11mins aaannnndddd... 21 seconds

Noooo! *AUS* lost by 30 seconds

Well played tho Send for Roar, best of luck for the rest of the tournament.

Cheers

I wrote a sorta writeup for our defense but I removed it since its got our super mad strategies in it. Anyway, what I will say is that your defense at that A was incredibly good, good use of the bradley and apache (didn't hunt down last squad members enough though which meant we could maintain that intense rush) especially in constrast to our third section which was pitifully weak. This point dying also lead to one of the wierdest bfbc2 moments I've had so far, running up that hill with AUS soldiers basically beside me or slightly infront of me madly dashing to catch up to our rushers.

To put that section in perspective- I had 6 kills 16 deaths, 4 of the kills with C4. I had only 2 deaths up until that point I believe and only 1 kill...
