Well we are here at the launch of Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and what better place to announce the CyberGamer Conquest Champions League. Registrations are now open for an unlimited amount of teams to compete in the league that will be a survival of the fittest. You will be broken into groups of 6, so there will be plenty of matches to be had with 1 match being played per week and you will play every other team in your group. With the 1 match per week system each week we will run one of the 5 conquest maps so you get a run on every map and we can determine what map selections are the most appropriate for the final series.
The finals series will be determined by either the top or top teams in the group advancing to the finals where we will hold a playoff series, if we select multiple teams from each group there will be a seeding system in place to ensure fair separation to award group winning teams. Format for the finals series will be either single or double elimination depending on the amount of teams we process through the finals.
