Rando BF Problem [LOCKED]

I get this error about 1 minute after joining a server. Some times a box comes with it saying

BF2142 Memory Error
Memory.dll: all aloc attempts failed for size 8886502 (This number changes)

And when I first installed I was getting a BF2142 Protection Error
Error : 103

I get an error when I try to select an account to login to, the game crashes.
