Here is some helpful information regarding reporting results via the CyberGamer Ladders.

Results must be entered by 11:30pm on the night a match is played. Both teams are required to enter the results. If the results are not entered by 11:30pm the match will automatically enter into a dispute.

Reporting Results:
1 . Access the TrueRank Cybergamer platform from the menu at the top of the page. The TrueRank platform is bright orange, you'll know when your there.

2 . Now head to the game ladder in which your team is competing. There are are number of ways to get there.

a. Across the top of the page there is a menu bar. Hover over the leagues option and a drop down menu will direct you to the ladders.

b. Down the left hand side of the page is the support titles panel. Click on your desired game and a drop down menu will appear. Click on the ladders button.

3 . Scroll down the ladder to your team. Once you have found you team it will state below your team name the details of the match you have played. Click the details link to be directed to the match information page.

4 . On the match information page there is a form in which you can submit the match results. This will become available as soon as the scheduled match time has passed. If you would like to dispute the results of a match check the dispute button and an admin will be notified. If you are dispute results please post something in the dispute so the admin may take the necessary action.

The Cybergamer website can be a little dauhnting at first look, but once you work out where everything is you can start to use some of its great features. Features such as the Live Chat, Instant Message, Pick Up Games (PUG's), Forums and Polls are all great ways to get involved in the community. If you having trouble using any of the features post in the forums and someone will be there to help.

Thanks for the post RJ, made my life a lot easier, was a little worried i'd get lost but all went well.

Dumb quesion though.....our matchs are supose to be 32 rounds with the one with 17 or more the winner. Why then did it only allow us to play 24?
Next, when a team forfiets the other team gets the win...and the reporting page says to add 24-0....as above if we are supose to play 32 rounds why do we add 24-0 instead of 32-0?

Thanks

The CG scripts overwrote our MR16 settings. We have now changed to MR12 (out of 24 rounds) to align with CG and to make slightly shorter matches.
