Powerslave i understand your concerns
admins have the ability to see the hit details if someone is accused of cheating (which i highly doubt will happen with SSM on the server)
the ladder software is not able to set up the server as of yet, we have tried, so for now the referees/admins will be setting up the server and as watchout has mention there is no button to say u are ready to play.
there are rules in place for the amount of time from match start time to the first round beginning, and also between rounds, i have set up the server to have these times as standard between the rounds, another reason why a referee needs to be there because, if its the start of the match and all 8players are there right on time, they would have to wait around for 10mins before the actual round start then would have to wait around for 5min between rounds, with a referee there if all 8 players are ready we are able to start the match straight away...u might ask why i have the time set up for that and not just leave it as standard, because on standard its set at 30seconds and only needs 2 people in the game for that to start, so as soon as 1 person from each team joins the round starts even before all the other players are able to join.
and there are rules on the amount of players each team must have to play, so we have to be there to make sure that the right amount of players are in the game for the game to actually be counted as an official game.
hope this clears some things up any questions just ask
Cheers Wounded
