Crytek have realised the first patch

It has fixed

Fixes:
*Stand/Prone firing exploit by exaggerating spread of all weapons when transitioning from standing position to prone position
*Inconsistency between the HUD score and the score shown in the scoreboard
*Disconnection caused by cheat protection for levels saved by the map downloader


Improvements:
*Player icon, cross hair and round start messages visibility against bright backgrounds


Updates:
*Removal of online activation (Release Control)
*Support of Linux server
*64bit version
*Vista Parental Control file

i thought they were gonna release CTF in first patch?
or did they just promise that they would put CTF in... eventually.

yes the patch as stuffed up pb and pretty much everything wasnt a really help

M8 so I guess our match tonight is off as the server is down....is a no pb game an option or is it against the rules as game is open to Hax?

the so called PATCH was a joke and just ruined everyones gaming last night not just the FB and FTW game that had to be postponed, i will have a look over the server 2nite and see what i can do, but am completely pissed about the foul stench that the patch provided

When has a patch ever fixed anything?

no but this patch has made the game go backwards it hasnt helped anyone

just a reminder that you need to patch 1.1 to play in the ladder and in most servers in australia
