Has anybody else noticed that next week is going to be huge?


Before reading my novel below, understand that I have based ladder positions for teams with the same number of wins-losses by the difference between rounds won, and rounds lost.

IE: two teams, both 3wins, 4 losses.

team 1 = 87 rounds won - 82 rounds lost (difference of +5)
team2 = 87 rounds won - 81 rounds lost
(difference of +6)

Team 2 would take the higher spot on the ladder.


Firstly theres the tussle betwee DA, GUF & TU for the top 3 spots, which are guaranteed this cannot change.

What can change however, is 4th spot.

4 out of the 5 remaining teams are all GENUINE chances to play off in the finals.

The KKK are arguably the luckiest team, drawing Ethereal Realms (and therefore the 24-0 win by default). Giving themselves every chance of snagging 4th spot. with 3 wins, 4 losses and a round margin of 87-82

Hot on their tails will be the team from IBISQ, who have drawn the GUF team. Purely to make my analysis that little bit more 'interesting' lets say GUF wins 16 rounds to 8. This would then leave the IBISQ team ALSO with 3 wins, 4 losses and a round margin of 86-82. 86-82 will not be enough to bypass the KKK with 87, therefore IBISQ need to ensure they manage to take at LEAST 9 rounds of GUF this week to bypass the KKK team.

Two teams that have a true playoff-style match next week are the team from Cyberbunker, and the Barracks up north. Both teams currently sitting on 2 wins, 4 losses. One of them has to win, and therefore end up with 3 wins, 4 losses.

In order to bypass KKK. BAR would need to win 15 rounds to 9, leaving them with a round score of 87-81.

Alternatively, Cyberbunker will need to win 22-2 to even things up with KKK, and 23-1 to stick their noses in front.

Dont take what I say as gospel, because it may very well be wrong... but im fairly sure ive got this right.

The ranking appears to be based first on wins and second on round difference (not total wins I think).

There is only one match during the season that was mr16 - that was Unleashed defeating CyberBunker 19-13 That works out to a round percentage of 1.46 rounds won for every one lost for Unleashed. If you converted that back to mr12 then it would have been an Unleashed win 14-10 If we fix this score, then all matches throughout the season will be corrected and the teams all on a level playing field.

Momo's Tips

Team Unleadshed will lose 17-7 their last match but finish 3rd. Even if immersion replaced Kon, the result wont change. Kon to rage and break something after the match and be banned from The IsLANd.

Dark Angels will win 17-7 over Team Kon to take top place on the ladder. I will finish on the bottom of the scoreboard but have done enough to secure victory.

GBu thanks to the power of witchdoctor and the inpsiration of killerGoldFish, will win 14-10 over iBisQ and finish in second place.

iBisQ will unfortunately lose 14-10 to GBu however they will have won at least 9 rounds and as such got themselves into the finals. Paladin to figure out how to work the CyberGamer website and register his last two players so iBisQ aren't disqualified from finals contention.

KKK will have a forfiet win over Ethereal Realmz from Albany. There isn't much left for KKK but to sit back and watch other results. Unfortunately my pick is iBisQ will win too many rounds against GBu and KKK will finish 5th.

BAR have the potential to screw up everything with a big match. However I feel their match against CyberBunker will be very close and they will win 14-10 and finish 6th. This match is certainly the hardest to tip for the week. If BAR can find a way to rise to the occaision and win 17-7 or better, they could snatch 4th place away from iBisQ.

CyberBunker have had an up and down season not being able to achieve the results they expected. I pick they'll be taken down by BAR and finsih in 7th place.

Etheral Realmz will unfortunately have to forfiet by the sounds of it. Whilst they will not have been able to get a win on the board, the highlight of the season will be taking a round off Team Unleashed.

and in regards to the guf game they played well and we played not so well, but more we played terrible. and kkk game, they are pro, so so pro cant win em all..so failzen still hasn played since first round that really disapoints me i enjoy his fails.
