This is disgraceful, I don't see a problem with everyone leaving the ladder but the games still need admins. Just now, AoS were forced into a match by FTW when there wasn't even an admin. "Wounded gave me some commands just for this match" was a quote from FTW team B. Sure the outcome would have been the same even if there was an admin, but if one of the requirments of a match is that there must be an admin, then there has to be an admin.

Yeah im pretty sure our last game had no admin too. Didn't seem to make a difference but still.

I'm pretty sure no one would want to admin such a terrible game, given all the Australian servers are practically dead.

well hey, there are 6 admins, and i have refereed all but 2 games, just because i wasnt able to make it to 1 game doesnt mean u should blow up about it, i thought both AoS and FTW were responsible enough to take care of the match themselves, i gave OB1 2 commands to restart the match and say GAME IS LIVE, he wasnt able to actually Admin the match, just start the game when the game was meant to be played, the 3 screenshots taken by both team captains would be enough to show which team won the game, COD play all there games without admins, and in our ladder if both teams are responsible enough and want to play the game, then there shudnt be any problems.

me and Watchout are the only 2 admins who have refereed the games, we have other commitments, i have cancelled plenty of commitments i have had just to referee ur games, i wasnt able to referee 2nite, show a bit of commonsense, if both teams are ready to play and someone has the ability to get the game started, then stop complaining and just play the game.

im sick of everyone whinging and complaining about how this has been run.

like i said i have other commitments and i have had no help with this at all.

and to ur comment about there still needs to be admins, try talking to the other admins, i have done my part and watchout has been trying to organise referees for games around his schedule as well.

and by the way u werent forced into a match, u accepted the match and all ur players turned up ready to play, just because there wasnt an admin and FTW had the commonsense to know u cud still play on, doesnt mean u were forced into it.

and just because the rules are in place doesnt mean they have to be COMPLETELY ENFORCED, if i had enforced the rules properly in every game, 3/4 of the games wud have been forfeits, and the ladder wud have turned to shit, being lenient on the rules allowed teams to still play and have some fun.

That is no where near a good enough responce, I respect that you wounded can't show to all the games, but We have 6 admins, not 2. If one team in the tournament showed up with only three players, they would have to forfeit! Yet admins don't have to follow the rules? Rules are rules, if it is stated that we need an admin then i expect that at least all matches get an admin. You have 6 admins, so it should be very rare that all of you are busy.

CoD people have a perfect little tool called demo, which allows people to watch the match again. We don't have this, so we can't compare this to CoD.

This is the text from before the match, well most of it anyway (it just keeps repeating and 3 out of the 4 AoS players agree to play). This shows that at least one player was forced to play and the others were slowly made to change their mind.

I wouldn't mind being one of the admins so that i can 'run' this wounded but we need some more non-AoS or non-FTW admins. I would have expected a more polite responce from the main admin!

ok then well first off AoS wasnt forced into anything you didnt have to accept the challenge

if u didnt want to play the match there is a dispute option when u put the score u should of clicked that

i would of thought that Aos and FTW can work it out being the most experinced clans

and to be honset i thought milk was playin and he is an admin and he could do the commands
the server runs it self the refs job is to skip the time waiting if all the players are ready and just to make sure nothing happens

and beening no ref well if u read the rules it says you cant ref a match with your clan playing will there is no refs free to ref that arent from aos or FTW they are away or either cant get the game to work

me and wounded have worked hard to get this to work but some times we have real life things on and we have to pick and choose wat to do just like on tuesdays match wounded cancelled work with a clinet just so he could ref i mean thats the types of things u have to do

and tailgunner your comments about being non aos or ftw refs i would love to see that but the fact is that only aos, ftw and tag are playing really so if there is any1 from the other clans in the ladder that want to ref speak out now

6 admins and only 1 person always being the ref, not taking any sides here but u need to understand where wounded is coming from. 2 aos boys were happy to start other 2 were still scratching there head no 1 was forced to play they could i just left a nd said that i s that but they decided to play and i have a screen shot of it.

FTW and AOS pretty sure can handle things being the two most experienced and mature clans i personally think...

I will try to answer all of the replies in one post:

At the time of accepting the challenge how were they meant to know there was not going to be an admin.

I can't dispute another teams match, and i don't think they care anymore.

Teams should not have to 'work it out' if there is a rule.

if none of the admins are there they should pospone the match prior to the game.

refs job is to administer the rules and to resoulve disputes in game

there are refs from other teams, and if they have left then they should have been replaced

you and wounded have done a great job but the other admins need to pull their weight aswell, if they haven't done anything then they should not be admins

this thread is not aimed at wounded or watchout directly but at all of the admins as they should be organised together

I was angry at this before the match had commenced so it has nothing to do with sore losers, and again i am not on this team!

I offered in my last post that i would be happy to help the admins, i even offered to record matches at the start of the season.

crysis decline is the name as if everyone was still playing then all the admins would still be here.

EDIT : Ok i really dont see where this has all come from, I cannot understand why you wanted an admin so badly? If there was something that you wanted to dispute or you felt hard done by then say so and we would be happy to try and work it out.
