Play with a mate who will be online around the same time as you.

i started ages ago and like 2 months later i was 60 something then next game comes out i dont wanna shell out like another 100 dollars + another 2 + months untill i get to 8- to start arena :s

Arena is fun, also bg's with a few mates can be good also, raiding is quite a snore, too many rando's being crap on ez content.(unless ur in a srs guild its good)

im ret palliez, i xcan solo most group quests.

i have 70 shaman is good BUT GO ELEMENTAL god dont want other to make the mistake i did going enh

i was in the exact same position as you, gotta free 14day trial offa mate, thought it was ok, got to level 28 night elf hunter and gave up. It was time consuming and costly. A year later i got back into it and enjoy the game as a druid now lvl 60 OL(start was boring but all games have boring bits) and the higher level i got the more fun it became.

As people say the game doesnt start till you hit 70-80 is true, i myself have had just a taste of BG (battle grounds) and more instances and quests, its quite enjoying now, only barrier for me is its fkn time consuming.

Druids are a very enjoyable class and Alliance is a good calm place to get use to the game.

Its well worth it, no regrets for me, as long as your playing with a freind or clan mate

addons make the game lvling/questing a shitload faster, i rmbered spending 100 hours lvling to 31 with my hunter and in the same time got to 55 with my Druid

Yeah I got Titan Panel and some other convenience things, but was only today recommended Questhelper from a friend (only a little while before seeing your post). It is probably exactly what I needed: I hate reading quest details, figuring out where to go, backtracking and remembering where to hand in quests. That add-on is so bloody amazing it should be pre-installed with wow. I can only facepalm at not using it before now.

hunters are without a doubt the faster characters to level. Also if u get the right gear at 80 PVP is so much fun on hunters even as leveling u can PVP and u will be able to dominate most of the people in there.

The fun begins when u find a night elf female remove the clothes and /dance.
