Already tried to:
*Update PB
*Got some 1 elses PB folder
*tried turning off firewall / adding every little thing to the exceptions list
*different servers
*reinstalling
*restarting
*changing connection settings
*changing packet settings
*tried different config
*Control panel/Admin tools/services/automatic PnkBstr B and A + checking they are active.

Try reinstalling the PB Services http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe

"If the above PBSVC program does not pass all the tests, please ensure that any installed firewalls or other programs are not blocking the PnkBstrA/B services. " - evenbalance

And/Or Check if PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe is Running in Task Manager.

See if that helps jugg

All have already been done, and Powerslave the HDD is only 3-4 months old.

Open CoD. If PnkBstrA.exe and PnkBstrB.exe are running in Task Manager, and the same services are 'Started' when you look at services.msc (use Run...), then it's most likely your firewall or router.

You can check this by disabling your firewall and internet security applications, and plugging your internet connection straight into your computer.

Have you tried deleting PB folder and then updating PB so it gives you a fresh one?
