Hey, Can you get refunds on ebay!

Cause I brought somthing and it doesent work, and i want a refund so yeah.

my dazzle just doesent seem to work oh and i have tried every tutorial on youtube theres sound just no picture.

Check the sellers returns policy listed on the auction. Pretty sure, under the goods and services act in NZ they must refund or replace it if the product does not do what it is meant to do (doesn't work). Dunno what the deal with ebay is, or Australian law though. Good luck

Yes: If the item doesn't work and doesn't do what its supposed to do.
No:If the item worked before and done everything correctly but they might treat it as you didn't want it.Ebay is getting tougher so if he can provide evidence that it worked before sending it to you,slim chances for you to get ur money back.

if you bought it throguh pay pal, they have some way of getting money back if ya get scammed or ripped of or whatever, broken item might come under that branch.

well i gotta vga cable from hong kong and the dumb bastards sent me component so i had a whinge and threatened to give them negative feekback and they put 50 bucks with the item to make up for the 10 dollars postage when i sent the thing back and received it again. that just got em on positive.

always contact the seller first to sort it out but if they cant/wont....

even if they dont have a refund policy/refuse you a refund and the item is faulty, so long as you paid via paypal you will get your money back from paypal. A few months back I bought an old banknote from the pounds and pence days off ebay on behalf of a mate for around $500 and it arrived with a tear in it which diminished its value to about $50. So i lodged it with paypal and got the whole amount back plus i got to keep the banknote

paypal is definately the way to go
