why no ladder?

I would imagine because not that many teams play on it. I remember when I had a 1.6 team on the ladder hardly any of them actually accepted. Maybe if they whipped the ladder clean and got new active teams to sign up.

It just comes down to people actually wanting to play in teams and finding the players.

The ladder should ust be restarted, and like enzoe said, all the teams on it should be wiped clean.

Even if there are only less then twenty teams it will still be interesting none the less, especially considering a lot of CS:S players will play on it for the lols.

you mean most 1.6 players play css because there isnt a 1.6 ladder.
