Qgaming COD4 (Jul 08) Saturday July 19th marked the first Call of Duty 4 BYOC LAN Tournament in Queensland. It was rush at the Springwood Hotel thanks to LanSmash, 30 gamers in 6 teams played a total of 42 matches over 7 hours. imbatech eventually won out on the day winning the Division #1 Grand Final defeating Restrain two maps to zero and taking home $250 for their efforts. Complex were the strongest winning the Division #2 Grand Final, finishing fourth on the day and taking home $150 for the team. Thanks must go to LanSmash for organising the LAN - there was not one network drop-out, consistent pings of 5-6 all day. QLD Gaming for providing the dual Quad-Core mega-server for the 4 game servers, teamspeak and ventrilo server. CyberGamer and specifically Asterix for providing the server configs what facilitated a flawless tournament to be run. Props to Jor and Team Immunity who came on board with their management support and guidance for setting up the Tournament and more importantly for providing two cans of Red Bull for every gamer and door prizes. Lastly but most importantly mega thanks to Gamestah for providing Momo's shirt, it was almost as good as Jor's.	81	19/7/08	3,809
