Ban Champions:
Every team can ban 2 Champions.
Bans are GLOBAL.
If a Champion gets banned, he/she is banned for both teams!
In the Lobby chat box before the Match the Teams need to enter the names of the two Champions they wish to ban. Bans are selected in a 1-2-1 format. (Challenging Team Picks First). This must be screenshot by BOTH teams (Read Screenshots Rules).

Champion Picks:
* Are in Draft Format and picks are exclusive.
* Pick order is 1-2-2-1 (Defending Team Picks First).
* This needs to be Screenshot by both teams (Read Screenshots Rules).

Screenshots:
* Screenshots are taken using the "Print Screen" key on the keyboard, or by Xfire (Default: Scroll lock + S).
* Players must take a screenshot of the Banned and Selected Champions. This can be done at the end of the selection process by typing in Lobby chatbox: Bans = 4 Champion names. Selected = 6 Champion names. (Teams must both agree to the listed names.)
* Players must take a screenshot of the "Total Score" at the end of the match and must keep these screenshots for the entire season.
* If a dispute is filed and a player refuses to submit their screenshot, the match will be overturned and suspension/expulsions may occur.

Delay of Match:
* The Defending team must create the Lobby within 5 minutes of match start time. Teams then have 10 minutes to setup prior to starting bans/champion selections. If the Defending team does not create the Lobby within 5 minutes of match start time they will forfeit. The Challenging team must provide screenshot evidence to show the match was not created. Both the Teams must have 3 players in the Lobby at 15 minutes. Any teams who do not will forfeit.

Lobby Rules:
* After bans/champion selections players may leave the lobby for 2 minutes to alter runes/masteries.
* After bans/champion selections have been made teams may NOT sub players in/out. If a player drops due to PC/connection issues that same player must reconnect or bans/champion selections must be restarted. Any teams who sub players during the selection process will forfeit the match.

Reschedule:
If League of Legends (PvP.net) is Offline you can reschedule a match if both teams agree on a new Time/Date. Post it in your match details (Private Chat Between BOTH Teams) or open a dispute

Conduct:
Any offensive behavior is strictly prohibited and can result in being disqualified from the game in question, or even the league or tournament as a whole depending on the severity of the issue at hand.

Player Rules:
Team Leaders are responsible for ensuring all members of their team understand and follow these rules set forth by the CyberGamer League. Violation of any requirement listed here will result in the suspension of the offending player(s) as well as other match penalties as determined by league administrators. If you do not understand these rules clearly, it is YOUR responsibility to seek clarification from a league official.

Player Knowledge:
Players are responsible that they know, and understand all the rules. It is also their responsibility to check the rules often to see if there are any changes. Not "knowing" will never be an accepted excuse.

International teams:
*International teams are entitled to participate in this ladder.
*International teams can View this post to help with the times
*CyberGamer must advise that Asia-Pacific teams will have a time zone preference, unless something else can be arranged between the two teams.

How the ladder works:
* A team can only challenge an opponent half their own rank or four places higher than themselves, whichever is greater. For example: a team ranked 38th can challenge up to a team that is ranked 19th.
* Upon receiving a notice of challenge, the team has TWO days to accept a time and date provided by the challenger for the match, otherwise it is deemed that the defendant has forfeited.
* If a team successfully defends their position, the ladder automatically grants a *protected* status for FORTY-EIGHT hours, awarding immunity from challenges!
* Challenging and winning will leave you with a normal status of "free".
* If you lose a "Challenging" match you will become "vulnerable" for FORTY-EIGHT [48] hours where you will be unable to challenge.
* If you lose a "Defending" match you will become "vulnerable" for TWELVE [12] hours where you will be unable to challenge.
* If you do not accept a challenge or you decline the challenge you will become "vulnerable" for FORTY-EIGHT [48] hours where you will be unable to challenge.
* Following a match, it is crucial that each team must submit the result or select to dispute the match by 11:30PM AEST on the night of the match. Subsequently, the submitted results will be calculated and the teams will be granted either *challengeable* or *protected* statuses. Disputes can be handled among the two teams; otherwise a ladder administrator takes appropriate action.
* A team may not play the same team in two successive matches* - 7 days after the first match the ladder will allow you to challenge them again.
