Please read the below notes before submitting a ticket
Use this section to contact an admin about issues or questions regarding CyberGamer Site / Matches / Ladders / Forums.
  • Include a URL to the profile / match / page / screenshot you are referring to in the support ticket. This will allow staff to resolve your ticket without delays.
  • Frequently Asked Questions are available here, please read before creating a ticket.
  • Staff Application form link is found in the footer of the site.
  • Please link admin with FULL details (copy and paste URL link(s) in tickets).
  • Select the appropriate platform / game from the drop down list to ensure ticket is received by the right admins. Only select 'Management' for site or other critical member issues. Selecting the correct area will result in your ticket being resolved quicker as the right admins will be notified.

Tickets that have blatantly ignored these simple guidelines will receive a lower priority.
