Official Cybergamer rules for Fifa 11.

Minimum amount of players involved in a Cybergamer Ladder game will be 3. The maximum amount will be 6 players. (1 More player will be allowed to play if they choose to play with a Goalkeeper, new feature in Fifa 11).

No Custom Formations or Tactics allowed, this should make for a more free flowing game, also making people choose an any. To many people exploit the use of 6 + defenders on the goal line with a sweeper. This is not football.

When playing a Ranked Ladder game, the person who is defending will be the home team. This team will be higher up the ladder, therefore will be the home.

The final series will consist of the 8 top teams. Playing like the NRL type format. 1st v 8th, 2nd v 7th, 3rd v 6th & 4th v 5th. I am sure we all know how this works.

No long throws onto the Cross bar. Providing this is still an option in Fifa 11.

If you dont have players registered on the site for a game, this is not a major issue as people who play fifa dont always go on the cybergamer site. However if we find people playing in multiple clubs, they will be removed and not allowed to play on this ladder.

Once you’re a registered player in a team at the start of the season, there will be a transfer window midway through the season. This will be the only transfer window. If your team is caught using a player from another club you will forfeit the game and face point deduction. You may only use another player if you happen to be short players for your scheduled game, however you must get the ok from the other team before the game starts.

The most important rule of all though is to have fun and be honest when posting results and playing the game. For this to run smoothly its all about the honesty system. Cheating will not be tolerated, anyone caught cheating will face a possible ban on the entire site and not just Fifa.

One suggestion I will make is to make sure when scheduling your game you get in contact with your opponents captain before the game. To discuss any issues and to create a friendly atmosphere.
